Goals
Axa was facing problems regarding the architecture of the backend of their apps as well as with the whole Continuous Integration system. The speed & consistency of delivery needed improvement, as well as the productivity & efficiency of the team measurement.

- Built the whole Continuous Integration system
- Provided the team with trainings in pair programming
