We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. The SDR will be responsible for market prospecting, initial client approach, and the sale of our software consulting services. This role involves discovering and exploring potential needs or issues that prospective clients may not even be aware of, ensuring that our solutions are perfectly aligned with their business objectives.

Key Responsabilities
- Market Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including online databases, social media, industry events, and networking.
- Initial Approach: Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce Apiumhub’s services and products.
- Needs Discovery: Engage in conversations with potential clients to uncover their business needs, challenges, and potential areas for improvement that they might not have recognized.
- Sales Development: Nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to setting up meetings for the senior sales team
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and senior sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Team Leadership: Potential to develop and lead a team of SDRs in the future as the company grows.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling services.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technology and software solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of successfully engaging with potential clients and driving sales.
- Communication: Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, written and verbal.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and uncover client needs that may not be immediately obvious.
- Self-motivated: Highly driven and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to work.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and maintaining detailed records of client interactions, ideally Apollo.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona or Madrid.
