🧠 About The Project
Our client is a big player in the pharma industry that is introducing new analysis hardware into the market. We are building a software platform that manages this hardware. You will be working along with a product owner, a QA Engineer and a backend and frontend development team. You will be a part of a development team that writes the logic that manages and integrates the hardware with other systems, and also to implement the API that will be used by the frontend team to develop the UI that will manage it. Our client has several systems written in Java and .NET, the stack used in the project is C# in a .NET environment, but JAVA experience is a must since some services that are in place are written in Java.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in computer science, software engineering or similar
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Experience in Jav and .NET
- Experience in Spring Boot
- Experience in Continuous Integration
- Experience working with Docker
- Experience with DDD
- DevOps knowledge
- Agile Methodologies
- Experience in Test Driven Development and unit testing
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles
- Strong knowledge in object-oriented programming concepts (polymorphism, interface segregation, encapsulation, topology, etc)
- Understanding of refactoring concepts
- Knowledge of the main and the most used design patterns
- Be experienced in working on Linux
Highly valued:
- Know how to work with CI & TDD
- Functional coding experience
- Experience with gRPC
- Fluent English/ Spanish
🎯 What will you do?
- Contribute to implement the necessary logic and APIs to feed the UI and integration endpoints.
- Contribute to design Continuous Integration / Deploy pipelines.
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements,
product designs, schedules, or potential problems. - Communicate effectively and responsibly in an Agile environment.
- Review and validate the internal/external bug reports on a timely basis.
- Design and write test cases, automate test execution, and report test results to
development, and product teams.
