We are looking for a Frontend developer (Vue) to join our software development team! We build goal-driven working software and we want essential people to be part of our growing team and to work with us on inspiring projects.

🧠 About The Project
Our client is a market leader in the hotel industry that manages one of the most visited hotel portals in the world. We have built several versions of the portal and keep iterating it, continuously improving the user experience through projects that range from small revamps to building completely new features from scratch. You will be a lead developer in the frontend team, and makes the product vision a reality, working closely with other frontend developers, backend team and QA. The frontend of the project is written in Vue, but overall frontend stacks knowledge will be valuated. We also expect you to help grow the junior members of the team that work with you.
Main Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Experience with Javascript and Typescript
- Experience in VUE.js
- Experience with Nuxt.JS and SSR
- Experience in Continuous Integration
- Experience working with Docker
- DevOps knowledge
- Agile Methodologies
- Experience in Test Driven Development and unit testing on frontend stacks
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles
- Understanding of refactoring concepts
- Knowledge of the main and the most used design patterns
- Fluent speaking Spanish and English
- Experience in Jira (Atlassian framework) and Technical documentation
Highly Valued
- Bachelor Degree in computer science, software engineering or similar
- Experience with Angular and or React
- Experience on B2B/integration projects at scale
- Having worked on projects for the retail and/or hotel sector
- Experience as a team lead making others grow
🎯 What Will You Do?
- Contribute to implement the necessary UI and logic to push forward a global
reservation portal, handling heavy concurrent requests and load. - Participate in meetings to discuss the implementation approach of features.
- Manage your time and tasks to push the sprints forward – raise your hand upon any shortcoming.
- Contribute to design Continuous Integration / Deploy pipelines.
- Communicate effectively and responsibly in an Agile environment.
