Overview
Tous began as a small watchmaking workshop and has become a famous international lifestyle brand of affordable luxury. Its mission is to make TOUS the most successful and desired brand of jewelry and accessories in the world.
To this day, Tous was only able to organize and maintain a single promotional campaign at the same time. Element that should be improved since they wanted to expand and launch their promotion to other countries like Mexico simultaneously. In that case, they needed a program of points that would host the multi-campaign option.

Goals
- To do this, we needed to refactor the legacy code to support and extend their points program.
- In addition, we had to improve all the management of campaigns and points program organized by the internal IT team. A back office needed to be developed so that the commercial department could manage all internal activities.

Finally, the Tous team has a management platform for the business and sales department through which they can continuously monitor all their campaigns.

Challenges
- Legacy code: Take advantage of the system that was already built and prepare the entire system for a productive deployment, meaning, working with a legacy code infrastructure in which we had to implement more unit testing as the project progressed.
- Backoffice Construction: One of the biggest challenges we face with this project is the construction from scratch of a backoffice platform for commercial and sales teams. Through which, they could take better control of all campaigns and various activities carried out.
